Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program is designed to help employees and their families manage problems that have a negative impact on job performance. Businesses contracting for this fee for service, employee healthcare benefit, help their employees identify and resolve substance abuse and other problems.

Your EAP representative can help you decide what might be best for you and/or your family. Getting started is as simple as calling 973-473-3366. We can arrange a convenient and confidential assessment, which will assist you in clarifying the problem with an appropriate course of action or treatment.
